Our Industrial Washing Machine

Baby Care’s process of cleaning cloth diapers is very environmentally friendly, which is important to us. In fact, because of the bulk amounts we have, it is much more environmentally friendly that home laundering because there is less water and detergent used per diaper.

We use commercial state-of-the-art equipment to ensure that our cloth diapers are 100% sanitized.

Our washing process:

• Utilizes a cleaning solution that is dye-free, perfume-free, and phosphate-free.
• Our diapers are put through a minimum of 7 wash and rinse cycles.
• Washing water is heated to 160 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure every diaper is sanitized.

Our diapers are also tested regularly to ensure the pH of the diaper matches that of a baby’s skin. Each diaper will also undergo an inspection at our facility before making it to your house.

Sanitary conditions are the most important part of the cloth diaper business. Our entire wash process is focused upon ensuring that your baby’s skin is against clean, soft, and 100% cotton diapers.
